General Terms

reference sheets / photos for characters and clothing are required!reference photos for clothing and poses are highly appreciated! written descriptions are ok, but detailed images are preferred.i reserve the right to refuse service.once your piece is completed, i will let you know through dms, and will send you the image file/s of the artwork/s via google drive link!dm me on twitter or through email for any additional questions, requests, concerns, etc!

Payment + Fees

us dollar / usd or philippine peso / php accepted!accepted payment methods: paypal and gcash (preferred for ph clients)to paypal payers : depending on the price of your commission, an additional fee will be added to account for fees.to paypal payers : my paypal account contains my legal name and address. please do not spread or disseminate this information to maintain and respect my anonymity. breaking this rule will result in blacklisting and blocking from me.once i have calculated how much your commission will be, please pay 50% of the payment upfront. the remaining payment is to be paid once the sketch is finalized.thumbnail phase : please expect a thumbnail within the week of your inital payment.sketching phase : once you approve of the thumbnail, i will get started on the sketch. expect the sketch within days of the finished thumbnail.up to three (3) free revisions during the sketching phase, every subsequent revision after the 3rd will have +10% additional payment.any additional revisions will be charged to the remaining payment after the sketch is finalized.any revisions after the full payment will not be entertained.once the sketch is finalized and i receive your full payment, i will begin working on your commission.

Refunds

if you request for a refund during the thumbnail or sketching phase, you will receive a full refund.if you buy the “clean sketch + tones” under “character illustration” : the piece is immediately non-refundable.once the sketch is finalized and you have paid in full, you may ask for a refund, but only within thirteen (13) days:within 7 days _{after full payment = 75% refund}8 - 10 days _{after full payment = 50%}11 - 13 days _{after full payment = 25%}14 days onward _{= the piece is now NON-REFUNDABLE}

Updates + Turnaround

please allow me a minimum of one (1) month to a maximum of three (3) months from your full payment to finish your commission.please let me know if your commission has any sort of deadline you wish to meet (e.g. for a birthday) so i may mark your order as a priority if necessary.unforeseen circumstances on my end may affect how long your commission will take. i will do my best to keep you updated if this will be the case.i will keep you updated with progress pictures of the commission.

Usage Rights

all of my work will be added to my portfolio. as the client, you will be mentioned alongside the commissioned piece.
please let me know if you wish to remain unnamed or if you would like the artwork to remain private.all my commissioned work is for personal and non-commercial use only!
you may use my art for your own personal use, and i would appreciate if you credited me as the artist if you post to other sites.

== ALLOWED ==printing the art (prints or otherwise) for your personal use.
-posting the art on any of your social media. please tag / credit / mention me in the description / caption or in the comments of the post.using the art as icons, avatars, or banners on any of your social media. tagging / crediting / mentioning me as the artist would be greatly appreciated!

== NOT ALLOWED ==selling my artwork printed on other items (prints or otherwise) or reselling the artwork as your own.using my art for cryptocurrency or minting into non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
-using my art for any artificial intelligence (AI) learning algorithm._{(breaking any of these rules with result in being blacklisted from future commissions)}
